GhostForge Studio — Return & Refund Policy
All GhostForge Studio products are made to order and printed specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection or change of mind. Please review sizing charts carefully before purchasing.
What we cover
We will issue a replacement or full refund for:
- Items that arrive damaged or defective
- Wrong item received
- Items lost in transit
All claims must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
How to submit a claim
Contact us at ghostforgestudios@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Do not send items back without contacting us first — we'll resolve it without requiring a return in most cases.
Refunds
Once your claim is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at ghostforgestudios@gmail.com.
Non-returnable items
Made-to-order items cannot be returned due to sizing preference or change of mind. Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if anything is wrong so we can make it right.
