GhostForge Studio — Shipping Policy
Processing & Fulfillment
All GhostForge Studio products are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for your item to be produced and fulfilled before it ships. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times after fulfillment:
- United States: 3–5 business days
- Canada & Europe: 7–14 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days
These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or high demand periods.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the notification.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at ghostforgestudios@gmail.com with your order number. We'll investigate and make it right.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are outside our control.
